The short version
ScaleLight collects the minimum information needed to run our waitlist and our website. We don’t sell data. We don’t use cookies that track you across the internet. If you have a question about your data, email founders@scalelight.ai.
What we collect
If you visit our website without submitting the form: we want to understand how the site is used — which pages, how long, what people click. Our site is configured to NOT create profiles for anonymous visitors and to NOT use tracking cookies. We collect aggregate usage patterns, not individual identities.
If you submit our waitlist form: we collect your email address and the advertising channels you selected. We also record the time of submission and the page you came from. From that point forward, your interactions on our site are linked to your email so we can understand how interested users behave.
What we do with it
- Email: send you the emails you signed up for, nothing else.
- Channel selections: decide whether you qualify for early access and shape what we build first.
- Analytics: improve the site.
Who we share it with
We don’t share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until ScaleLight no longer exists. Email founders@scalelight.aito request deletion at any time and we’ll handle it within 7 days.
Cookies
We don’t use tracking cookies. We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in if you’re an admin. That’s it. No banner because we don’t have anything to disclose.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we’ll email everyone on our waitlist before the change takes effect.
